Leading the Product and Analytics division building out AI agentic products in HR and Talent Management. I have built products streamlining HR processes like personalized L&D recommendations, resume application process with innovative feedback to applicants and even employee performance processes.

Led the department managing a six-member team to by setting department goals, measuring progress, and providing valuable feedback. On the data side, I streamlined data access by migrating data to local servers, visualized valuable insights through Tableau and authored multiple annual/monthly reports for various teams in the division. Moreover, I collaborated with Purdue University to develop AI-driven Forest Growth and Yield models for Indiana's forests.

My job as a Metadata Content Analyst entails me in data migration of multiple file formats such as XML, Image, Text from the old legacy servers to the new servers using internal tools. Moreover, I have designed an end-to-end pipeline to import CSV files to the new servers. Finally, I also update existing python scripts to handle new types of file migration and for exceptional handling.

My job as an IT Data Science Intern entailed me to create stored procedures for optimizing the workflow maintained in SSIS packages. Moreover, I designed ETL workflows which involved the automation of inserting and updating relevant tables for multiple clients. I also engineered python pipelines using modularization taking care of new plan structures for more than 10 clients. Finally, I created multiple Power BI reports highlighting insights on the multiple KPIs in the insurance domain.

My role as a Data Analyst involves generating recurring reports on key business metrics, identifying anomalies through in-depth CRM and Marketing Analytics. I conduct independent analyses on internal data and campaigns, delivering insights on CLV, Churn, and Market Basket Analysis. I also contribute to organizational initiatives, manage and mentor a 3-member team, and present impactful, data-driven recommendations to clients in retail and consumer domains.
