Worked as a Wiring Harness Design Engineer, responsible for end-to-end electrical harness routing and packaging for tractor Top and Base variants targeting US and UK markets. Utilized UG-NX for harness routing, assembly development, and design optimization, ensuring manufacturability, serviceability, safety, clearances, and assembly feasibility. Designed and developed sheet metal brackets, mounting components, and associated plastic components.

Designed and developed plastic mounting brackets, retainers, clips, and sheet metal components for HV cable routing in the Mercedes-Benz G-Class BEV platform. Worked as a Wiring Harness Design Engineer on Charging Socket Harness development, ensuring safe routing, packaging, retention, clearances, and manufacturability. Created and modified 3D models in UG-NX, incorporating injection molding features such as ribs, bosses, fillets, draft angles, and wall thickness optimization.

Designed and developed BIW roof structures, including front, center, rear, and bow roof rails, ditch areas, and reinforcements using UG-NX. Performed 3D solid modeling, sheet metal design, assembly development, draft analysis, section modulus, curvature studies, heat distortion, and snow load calculations to ensure structural integrity, stiffness, weight optimization, and manufacturability.
