Adhere to strict timelines, ensuring surveyor reports are submitted on time so insured parties receive prompt settlements.

Providing RSA (Road Side Assistant) to customer for their break-down vehicle. Providing emergency services to the customer. Maintaining all data of vendors and customers for future escalations.
