Execution of Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) processes according to API 581, API 580 industry standards. Performed RBI component breakdown, corrosion modeling, risk analysis, IDMS integration (GE-APM). Facilitated discussions and interviews to identify risk and opportunities to improve reliability of assets within the refinery. As the R&D Manager, I developed the core innovation strategy, product development pipeline, project management, and process improvement managing a team of 4 on- site engineers and 5 remote engineers. - Delivered 2 new products to market in the LG Sonic portfolio. (Environmental Monitoring Platform, Water Profiler). Aquatech 2023 Innovation Award Nominee. - Led the complete development of data pipeline for algae bloom prediction using AI.

Before my promotion to R&D Manager, I worked as Account Manager (Customer Success). I was the first point of contact for clients based in UK, US, Australia. The role revolved around relationship management with key clients and ensuring their water quality needs were met. Revenue of 60k+ euros in year 1 through upselling.

Point of contact for Industrial Series CapDI systems in Europe and Asia. I was responsible for commissioning water treatment systems for Industrial water treatment and drinking water treatment. Remote monitoring and analysis of water quality data. I developed meaningful interpretations for non-technical colleagues and clients from water quality data via remote monitoring and reporting. I was also pivotal for the distributor and end-user relationship management.
