- Procurement and Product development of textile and accessories in cooperation with national/ international supplier. - Ensuring the process from initial sampling to series production, taking into account of requirement. - Qualitative assessment of the goods cooperation with product manager - Master data creation and maintenance including the creation of POs from the disposition tool - Pricing and price negotiations with suppliers including costing - Deadline monitoring - Invoice verification

- Planning product ranges and preparing sales and stock plans. - Highlight special promotions to customers. Restocking the sales areas. - Responsible for weekly, monthly and pre seasonal allocation. - working closely with visual-display staff and department heads

- Order demand creating a feasible supply plan to optimise availability - Pro-actively resolve any priority conflicts - Purchase order management and optimise inventory management for finished goods. - Develop and run reports to supports of KPI - Track purchase orders confirmation, purchase order status, prioritisation setting, transportation mode change - Distribution from factories and interface with DP/GSP/ Sourcing/ CS

- Assistance of the Product management/ buying team in their daily tasks - Self dependent work on product development process - Product Specification creation and updates - Develop initial drawing to final sample, checking detail tech-pack - Quality check of products - Maintain development and production sample libraries - Evaluate all specification, approval of color, size/ Fit test

- Prepares orders and follow-up orders to expedite delivery and shipment. - Maintaining styles file for all running orders & Developments. - Weekly and monthly updates for customers, such as production status, audit schedule etc. - Meeting with customer, suppliers and internal meeting with production, planning, quality. - Strong understanding of product development calendar. - Cost negotiation with buyer, prepare cost sheet.
