I have 7 years Experience in Assembly, Surface Treatment and Manufacturing Process.

1.)Development of process in In-Process assembly & Surface Treatment managing their performance to ensure meeting of cost, delivery & quality norms; conducting periodic audits & surveys of supplier’s facilities and processes to determine adequacy and quality control. 2.)Proven skills in managing the Machining Development Process including component development & lay-out inspection; exhibited skills in getting all assembly & machining parts developed.

1)PFD, PFMEA and Control Plan review (Process Documents). 2)Knowledge of all type testing (GLOSS, DFT, PENCIL HARDNESS, TAPE ADHESION, HUMIDITY, SST, and HEAT RESISTANCE) of painted component. 3)Conduct daily PDCA for quality, delivery performance and monitor to improve process parameters within control limits.
