Set up, manage and execute technical investment projects with high focus on HSE and quality, within the allocated budget and time.

Lead the plant improvement projects (capital and non-capital) targeted at delivering maximum value from the asset, while continuously improving process safety and production efficiency.

Ensures that engineering and requisitioning as well as procurement, subcontracting, expediting and associated testing, operations, and logistics activities are developed according to schedule, man/hours, equipment, and materials budget as well as contractual specifications. Ensure that all aspects of project Safety, Health & Quality are implemented on each of the Offshore & Onshore work sites and report to Project’s HSE organisation as necessary.

Working in line with the departmental standards to ensure required level of quality and delivery is achieved. Proactive to initiate discussion with customer related to technical specifications to ensure product satisfy the customer requirement and needs. Attending site for trouble-shoot and installation of customer pump equipment or rotating equipment. Lead sales in the tendering process for develop technical scope documents and tender drawings as required.

Develop rotating equipment design, drawing and data. Pepared drawing of the pump hydraulic parts (impeller, guide vane, and pump casing for various type pump with ANSI an API standard). Develop 3D modeling and CFD analysis of pump and fluid system, analyse the modeling data with by CFD software, to get the performane of our design hydraulic parts. Support Company’s pump Research & Development for prototyping, simulation and analysis.

Assisting in create yearly budget and monthly forecasts. Develop project plan value, earn value, to collect actual project cost from site. Develops the WBS, CBS, and OBS during initial project start-up. Prepare and present financial reporting and project monthly contact valuations on monthly basis. Valuate long term planning and reserve in accordance with the actual operations. Maintain ERP system Project Management module for monitoring schedule, progress and cost.
