Plan, organize, direct and control the Mediatek mobile chipset testing with India telecom operators viz Airtel, Idea, Vodafone, and BSNL to achieve handset go-market approval and mass production e.g. in LTE, VoLTE/IMS, VoWiFi and NB-IOT resulting in achieving 35% device market shared. Orchestrated NVIOT team for MTK chipsets to get USA operators certifications such as TMO, AT&T, and Verizon.

Conducted field testing, regression, and stability testing in LTE/3G/2G based Intel chipset per test specifications such as VZW FIT testing-OR- AT&T 10776 - OR- DG11, GCF to achieve modem robustness. Provided Onsite technical support to the client - Samsung resulting in Galaxy S4 launch based on Intel chipset. Led and monitor analysis of modem logs using proprietary mobile analyzer tools to achieve 100% customer satisfaction.

Implemented, developed and troubleshoot test cases on Anite & Agilent for LTE-L2G, ISR, C-DRX, world-mode, and IMS Emergency support. Essayed a stellar role in conducting field testing and current drain testing in live NW resulting in Motorola first smartphone launch (Razor) in India. Built and led NVIOT team in LTE/3G/HSPA/Rel-7 for network vendors such as E///, ALU, NSN, and Huawei to achieve operator certification.

Implemented and synthesize technical information from the 3GPP specification to design and develop unit test cases to check the robustness of software after coding of SIBs in C language. Troubleshooting and debugging using GDB/DDD and source insight.
