1) Design of Floor Console for TOYOTA Motors.  Creating the Master-sections, tooling feasibility check of the parts.  Interaction with the Customer for the feasibilities of the Sections.  Parts Designed are Console Panel, Armrest, power socket panel etc.

 April 2012 to March 2016 at Tata Motors (ERC) through Tata Technologies Ltd, India as Senior Engineer. Design of Instrument Panel Plastic Trims for Tata Motors 1516 facelift program. Design of dashboard trims like Glove Box Bezel, Steering Column Shroud, Utility Bin, and Air-vent Bezel. Interaction with supplier for the design modification & with vehicle CFT for design changes.  Cad data checking with environment parts, concepts for new design.  Design release in PLM.

1) Design of Air-Filter cover in HVAC Unit for X-O7 Renault France.  Design of Air-Filter cover in HVAC Unit for Proto and Series production.  Modifications of existing distribution box for series production.  Making 2D drawings for the same. 2) Design of Blower-unit Housing for Volkswagen 120-UP program.  Design of Blower unit housing for proto-type.  Design modifications in distribution housing as per tooling.  Continuous support for Brazil team.  Making 2D manufacturing drawings.

Modification of existing Air-Vent for X1 vehicle.  Design and development of add-on parts for existing air-vent housings, for the better improvement of air flow from the vents as per JD. Power suggestions.  Worked on Air-vent child parts like flap, fins and housing.  Supported for tooling, proto fitment for T0 samples.  Making 2D manufacturing drawings, fitment drawings.

 June 2009 to January 2011 V-Cad Engineering Technologies, Hyderabad, India as Design Engineer.  Reverse Engineering of automotive plastic components for the clients Tata motors, Mahindra & Mahindra.  Making of 2D to 3D of sheet-metal Dies from Autocad to Catia V5.
