• Providing L3 Level AMS support to Adani users which includes topics like PR, PO, RFQ, SES, goods movement, split valuation, batch management, MRP, invoice verification, etc. • Involved in Change Management process which includes design and development of new functionalities/ processes for efficient working of SAP ERP systems. • Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in operations and meeting of targets.

• SAP Development entailing understanding business process and studying & analyzing workflow to design solutions (As-Is & To-Be Analysis). Preparing blueprint and functional specifications for the same. • Supporting all end users in production dept. for effective SAP utilization and related problems.

• Performing SAP Implementation activities like Collection of Materials Data, Creation of Material, BOM, Routing, Preparation of Unit Test Documents and Training to the End Users of Departments. • Providing support to AMS clients for issue resolution. Supported five different clients with varied business lines for SR and CR activities.

• Worked as Freelance SAP Consultant for MM module.

• Took part in: o Designing the business processes like Procurement process (types of PRs, POs, etc. and their release strategies), inventory management, invoice verification, etc. o Preparing process documents for implementing SAP • Served as a team member in preparing Business Blueprint for implementation

• SAP Certified Associate Consultant for MM module (certification body: SAP AG, Germany).
