The hotel is a 4 star hotel on the Baltic Sea. Key goals achieved: successfully repositioned this privately owned hotel on the local and international markets, defined the sales and distribution strategy, integrated and upgraded the property’s management system, financial planning, point of sales, maximizing the skill set of hotel staff successfully managed the turn-around of the highly leveraged property.
