I am focused on building new connections and partnerships and on sustaining a long-term strategic customer relationship for mutual growth, profitability, trust, loyalty, innovation and risk management. My role is to identify and create opportunities by positioning RWS's solutions aligned with customer goals, challenges, and initiatives. This includes the initial engagement, the identification of the strategic requirements and the building of a deep understanding of the situation, through on-boarding.

Focus: on the small and medium business segment. We are able to show customers how even though there are cheaper alternatives, they may not be the best option. We work with companies to help them see how we are different to the other providers in the market. We work to ensure they have seen that we can offer marginal gains across our offering, and our solution, that makes them more productive, their content more consistent and the entire process more cost efficient.

- support the BU Manager in planning and managing the projects (involved resources, service unit management, contracts, budget) - plan the resource requirements in the PMO - collect and analyse project-related information and data from various sources (for example from project meetings, steering committee meetings, IT systems, documents or contracts); create reports, and presentations for regular project meetings and committee meetings, but also for bids

Coordination of scheduling and travel planning for consultants in coordination with the Sales department. Strategic Consulting, including business plan & sales strategy development. Coordinating internal and external consultancy assignments for consultants and consulting partners. First contact for the customer and consulting partners.
