Zee5 is an Indian over-the-top streaming service with 100M+ monthly active users. I am responsible for all data science initiatives related to customer engagement, retention, and lifecycle management (CLM). My responsibilities include improving the models and data-powered products across the analytic value chain. I partner extensively with senior stakeholders from the Planning, Marketing, Product, and Data Engineering teams. I set up this practice from scratch, built a small team over the last year.

Tilt is a brand consultancy start-up that works with leading brands like Google, Dream11, UpGrad, and Scripbox. I was responsible for using data-driven approaches for identifying customer cohorts and understanding their behaviours 1. Developed a data-driven approach for building consumer personas. Integrated qualitative (beliefs, interviews) & quantitative inputs (tools – GWI & ComScore). 2. Worked extensively on crafting data-driven marketing strategies for brands like UpGrad and Bluehost.

Led award-winning B2C customer analytics initiatives for Indian, US, Italian and German markets. Performed marketing analysis of investor education website and B2C investment platform. Achievements • ‘Off the Charts’ (2017): Org-level Award (~2000 employees)for generating impact through global initiatives. • ‘Bravo Award’ (2015): Team Award (~100 employees) for creating specialised offerings for Indian distributors.

Led consulting assignments for US-based Technology, Retail (CPG) and E-Commerce firms. Recruited, Trained and Managed some of the best talent I have worked with. Positioned team as ‘trusted advisors’ to the client partners.
