Conceptual design, and approval from the management for the prototype built. Design, Detailing and developing of products (sheet metal, plastics, composites ) for serial/mass production. Co-ordinate with the cross functional team for the manufacturing feasibility of the parts and validate the parts and assembly of the prototype built as per the design intent. Participate in the technical review board(TRB), configuration control board (CCB) for the engineering changes and necessary TDP releases.

Worked as a lead design engineer deputed to clientlocation ( NIMR Automotive LLC) for design supports. Design and development of various cabin related parts (sheet metal, plastic parts) and its accessories. Co-ordinating with the cross functional team for the development of the parts. Maintaining the vehicle integration in CAD.

Design and developments of components, co-ordinate with cross funtional team to the ensure the manufacturing feasibility with cost effective possibilites. Review and verify the design and drawings to ensure accuracy in the form, fit and tolerance.

Worked as Lead Design engineer deputed to client TVS motors for design support activities. Developing alternative concepts and proto part development for the chassis and cabin parts. Design and developments of sheet metal parts, Interior trim plastic parts for 3 wheeler vehicle. Vehicle integration of subsystems Drawing release for the parts, subassemblies, top-level assembly. Co-ordination with the cross-functional team for the development of parts.

Responsible for the design and developments of the mechanical cabinets, enclosures for the IP TV and its accessories. Liasing with the suppliers for the development of parts . Validate the assembly to ensure the prototype made and assembly as per the design requirement.

To monitor and ensure the effective utilisation of manpower and equipments. Meeting out the production targets on daily basis. Monitoring production reports and scraps. Mentoring to operators.
