1. Prepare Baseline, Update schedule, Track and Monitor Progress, prepare any useful date that will benefit the Site construction progress and unseen events. 2. Working on claims and EOTs, Following Time Impact analysis and Window Analysis. 3. Track the Work volume and Earned Values achieved. 4. Monitor the Major Commodities, Concrete Progress, and Prepare Weekly Planning report progress either for engineer or internal. 5. Assign Recourses and Cost for every Related item.

The main objective of the program is the development and use of automated construction machinery and robotics as the basis for innovative construction processes on construction industry.

This diploma consisted of 6 different courses with different fields of study, each course contained assignments , exams and a final project, Those courses were: 1) Project Management International Standards, 2) Management of Project Resources, 3) Project Budgeting and Financial Control, 4) Cost Management for Engineering Projects, 5) Risk Management, 6) Human Resources for Project Management.
