My job's responsibilities have included, reviewing and approval of all submittals by the contractor with a focus on quality assurance during the engineering phase of construction. Monitoring construction progress, designing, installation supervision, testing, and commissioning for the building mechanical systems. The work | have accomplished so far, has allowed me to demonstrate strong leadership, creative thinking, strategic planning, and unmatched determination.

General supervision and inspect the installation, modification and commissioning of mechanical system at construction site. Monitoring, modification, and documentation of the work performed through site engineers. Ensuring proper implementation of design at the site. Providing technical assistance to the construction team as needed. Generating/reviewing material requisitions, submittals, and ensuring contract performance measures are met.

Heating and cooling loads calculation. Heating and cooling equipment design. Design sizing calculation of A/C Ducting and piping system. Pump head calculation of chilled water, water booster, hot water, stormwater, and sewage lift pump. ESP calculation of AHUs, FCUs, and ventilation fans.
