- Implementing of new layout concepts for assembly and packing line to improve cycle time, transportation waste and stock level - Creating of standard work sequences in compliance with LEAN criteria's as customer demand, takt time, cycle time, 5S and Kaizen - Successfully implemented projects for new plant machinery and automation solutions - Achieved substantial annual cost savings through optimization of tools, machine parameter and change over time of machine center for final machining process
