A mentorship program driving skill growth in my target sectors, currently focusing on AWS learning with a goal to attain the necessary AWS certifications.

Analyzed data gathered from different sources to identify strength and weak points of team members, evaluated the progress of various projects, and to take immediate action by setting a better workflow for projects and a plan for team members to follow - all using metrics on dashboards and reporting tools.

Attended all meetings for existing software projects ( such as sprint planning, stand-ups, demos, etc. ). Helped organize the team workflow by documenting, and creating dashboards and reports and data analyzing: which helped us understand the progress of the projects, the progress of team members, and assisted us in the decision making process.

Helped out international students who needed help with documents, courses, campus, etc.

Built a website and was given simple tasks everyday. At the end of my internship, I was capable of cloning a website using HTML5, JS, CSS, Jquery and Bootstrap.
