As a BI Analyst, my main job is to help improve how we handle data and make smarter decisions, especially in two important areas: the Sales Intake and Backlog report, and the Sales Person report. I'm currently working on creating an automated sales reporting system that will show us how well our sales team is doing and help us track sales trends easily. By using Power BI, I'm making sure our data is displayed in a clear and easy-to-understand way for everyone.

As a Business Intelligence Developer, I am responsible for developing and maintaining Power BI reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards to support data-driven decision-making. Through my efforts, I have been able to contribute to a 25% improvement in overall decision-making. My responsibilities also include creating engaging data visualizations that provide useful insights for business partners, updating existing BI reports, and redesigning a dashboard, which has resulted in a reduction in analysis time.

As a Analyst, I collaborated with the business support team and projects execution team to ensure that all end-to-end process documentation and data flows were complete. I also supported the process design, development, documentation, and workflow designs. Additionally, I was responsible for documenting processes and facilitating knowledge sharing. As part of my job, I performed data profiling to gain insights into the data and ensure its quality.
