I'm the leader of the alpine sports division which I built up from zero. My job is to provide tours, trainings and alpine courses to our members. I'm leading a team of currently 10 trainers and manage a yearly budget of 15 k€ . I also lead the IT development of our club. - developed the fully automated climbing gym page www.kraxlerei.at kooperation with a collegue (Systema) - deployed and am managing a Nextcloud instance (Docker)

R&D in the field of technical superconductors (low and high temperature) my work primarily consists of - CAD - prototyping - programming (Arduino, Py) - scientific research - presentation & talks

I designed and developed a fully automated climbing gym website with my best friend, who is the coding mastermind behind the webpage. The page allows users to completely autonomous manage their climbing points. The user can buy them via the site, the points are automatically deducted if the user goes climbing and gives the user full controll over their costs. We grew our user base from 50 to 300+ in the last 2 years.

I built the youth division of our alpine club from scratch to 3 active groups and a team of 20+ volunteers in 6 years. In this time period our club grew 3 times in size, which of course is not only linked to our engagement but many factors. My team and I offered climbing, skitouring and many more alpine sports opportunities to hundreds of students of different disciplines and built a great network of engaged young people.
