I am overseeing operations of the editorial team of 50+ members in Arabicpost. I am developing a digital transformation data-informed strategy to win on mobile, including AMP stories, the first Arabic immersive media & interactive storytelling (Arabic Spot), transform editorial processes to be data-driven from nascent to mature stage, execute standards, guidelines, and style guides within the websites to meet corporate objectives.

I have supervised the overall day-to-day activities of the online editorial team. I have devised and deployed overall editorial strategic plans within all editorial and marketing-related content to increase reach and readership. I have prepared and controlled internal editorial production schedule.

I have overseen, managed, and launched different online projects. I have planned and prepared strategies and guides, style books for each project.

I have spearheaded activities of a team of 21 online editors in MBC Dubai & Cairo office. I have streamlined the internal editorial production process. I have supported executive management in performing marketing and sales operations.

I have overseen, managed, and mentored four shifts editors. I have planned and prepared attractive online news stories and updated moving stories. I have utilised communication skills to conduct interviews via phone.
