The project focused on the first step toward learning global representations by leveraging Masked Language Modeling (MLM) and Masked Image Modeling (MIM) as self-supervised learning techniques and aimed to build a recommendation system for medical articles. The first phase involved selecting a suitable multi-level, multi-modal dataset. This included textual and visual data modalities. The model design relied on a hierarchical encoder-only transformer-based approach for representation learning.

I was tasked with implementing and optimizing the real-time monitoring and data filtering processes of an intelligent aquaculture web platform. The project was based on modern technologies, in particular the MERN stack and the Next.js framework. My work consisted in implementing advanced data filtering functionalities and develoing custom export in PDF and Excel formats. In collaboration with the IoT team, I integrated functionality for real-time monitoring of certain parameters essential to aquaculture.

In parallel with the final year of the engineering program.

A multidisciplinary program with a common core curriculum, intersects the specializations of Embedded Systems & IoT, Communication Infrastructure & Services, and Software Engineering - my selected specialized training. My specialization focuses on programming and algorithmics, Web and mobile development, AI, BI, DBMS, and system conception and modeling.

Driven by my eagerness to explore new horizons and develop myself, I applied for the Erasmus+ mobility program and was selected based on my academic excellence. This experience was both a personal and academic challenge, as it marked my first time living abroad, compounded by the complexities of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

My journey of a thousand miles began with my Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. I gained a solid foundation in essential disciplines such as algorithms, data structures, programming, mathematics, UML, and operating systems. This strong academic base allowed me to develop a critical approach to problem-solving. As a highly motivated fresh graduate with a background in mathematics, I excelled academically and secured top positions throughout my three years of study.
