Preparing and elaborating all quality documentation and records for owner acceptance. All activities have been conducted according to AWS, AWWA, ASTM, ASME, API and ISO.

To coordinate and supervise the greenfield project "Metallurgy Plant -Copper Drawing". Executing the 8.5 Mio (Euro) budget. Negotiations with building constructors and other related items; obtaining the authorities construction approvals/clearances; negotiations/purchasing equipment and; supervising and monitoring the building erection and related facilities; mounting, commissioning and start up the equipment and machines; hiring personnel and organize the related training;

Supervising the production of steering wheels and seat covers in all phases including cutting, fitting, sewing, finishing. I conducted the production process, organised in 4 shifts and 4 production lines . The main challenge was to assure a high flexibility and versatility due to monthly market changes (color, design, materials). Elaborating the annual budget based on available resources and market forecasts. Monthly reporting to Headquarters.

This activity include steel cutting, welding (MIG/MAG, SMAW, SAW, FCAW, TIG, Plasma Cutting), finishing, sandblasting, painting, pipeline erection and manufacturing the related fittings, packaging.
