Currently working for Mclaren, PSA & Volvo projects for implementing ASPICE Level 3 as well as ISO 26262 for Software elements. Leading a Scrum excellence group to help teams implement scrum framework in their development. Projects deal with IVI & ADAS features.

Worked as a Process Engineer implementing ASPICE L3 and ISO 26262 for customers like FUSO, Volvo, KIA, Hyundai. Responsible for process development catering to System as well as Software components.

Designated customer Quality Engineer for Dnata, Zurich, Prudential to ensure CMMI & ISO 9001:2015 compliance. Played the role of ATM for CMMI V 2.0 L5 Development. Helped teams to implement Scrum practices in allignment with CMMI Process Areas.

Allocated to Projects for FIAT, PIAGGIO, AUDI for ASPICE L3 implementation. Was a part of customer Quality SPOC facing audits for compliance.

Working as a Process Consultant for CITI Bank. For CMMI SVC L5 implemented all the processes. Played a role of ATM for CMMI assessment dedicated into High Maturity practices.

Allocated to Projects named Rexnord, KRONOS, TRIZETTO to implement CMMI Dev L3 and ISO 9001:2008. Helped teams achieve CMMI and ISO standards for all the projects.
