The aim of the project is find out the composition of Hazardous materials, their applications in vehicle and effects on human health as well as environment • Analyze the Vehicle model BoM. • Validating the incoming IMDS datasheets from suppliers based on IMDS recommendation and IMDS reporting guidelines. • Contacting suppliers of unreported parts and rejected parts for resubmission. • Monitor progress of tasks and update the tracker to show the status of the unreported/reported parts to customer.

Aim of the Project is, whether the supplier has understood the customer engineering design records and specification requirements and the manufacturing process has potential to produce products consistently meeting those requirements during actual production run at the quoted production rate.
