Involved in all priority projects, working actively and leading workshops with multidisciplinary teams from different back grounds, to perform necessary methodologies all along the project lifetime (Product functional analysis, risk assessment (FMEA), problem solving (8D), process flowchart and control Plan, root cause analysis, ISHIKAWA…) Another main activity necessary for this role is the creation and the maintenance of training materials and Global procedures.

Train and lead Cross functional teams responsible for the creation and maintenance of product and process FMEAs (failure mode and effect analysis). Key responsibilities • Implementation of the FMEA methodology in Sartorius. • Creation of FMEA trainings and training employees (Basic, advanced, difference…). • Training and implementation of PLATO software in Sartorius. • Creation of FMEA outputs (qualification plans, control plan, critical product and process attributes/characteristics...).

Creation of QMS (quality management system) for a new department and ensuring its smooth fusion with the existing system Altran. Key responsibilities • Creation and training of employees on quality procedures (customer support procedure, complaint management, continuous improvement, 8D …) • Designing tooling templates and macros for work sheets, customer complaints, auto quality improvement. • Creation of necessary KPIs to follow up the activity

Application of existing quality procedures to ensure product compliance with standards and customer requirements. • Set up of policy and quality approach when starting a new product production. • Creation of quality documents from ISO 9001, IATF16949 and customer requirements. • Lead process FMEAs and implement improvements. • Follow up of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) to have customer authorization to start mass production
