Under my responsibility I have 10 customers from different and diversified customer portfolio. Starting from Automotive, Energy and Power Generation, Aviation industry segments. Additionally, managing subcontractors in Romania and Germany, Overall headcount of 1000 employees and turnover of 80M Euros. EBIDA improvement from 3.5% to 9%.

• Overall operations responsibility, including manufacturing, supply chain management, EHS, quality systems, operational excellence and procurement, for eight (8) facilities across China, Korea & India, Europe and US. • Drive 'Lean' manufacturing practices across all sites to ensure 'best in class' quality, cost and delivery performance for multiple product categories into different global handset markets.

Full responsibility of plant operational activity for Beijing site. Responsible for plant operation, engineering, maintenance, purchasing, logistic, planning and sales. Responsible for developing and launch new projects, release the manufacturing concepts. Developing efficiency strategies to ensure the plant meets production goals and standards at minimal manufacturing costs. Responsible for the development and monitoring of plant fixed and variable budgets.

Managed 24 million freight budget and 3 million warehousing budget per year. Managing direct reports 25 and indirect up to 500. Developed and Deployment of logistics and transportation related process and IT solutions. Managed distribution and 3PL services, pre-kit and pre-assemble for production. Lean Logistics, Culture change to improve KPI’s by 6%, Cost reduction by 15%.

Delivered Engineer-to-Order performance plan and actions to remove $20M in cost from over 150 initiatives. Directed over 50 project initiatives through 21 black belts to deliver over $11M in planned savings impact. Developed staff and stretched organization to improve across functional and technical competencies. Production realization and efficiency improvement from 35% to 81%.
