As a Project Manager I planned, coordinated and oversaw the bank’s construction projects from the early stages to the final key delivery phase. Additionally I acted as a Fleet Manager for the bank’s car fleet coordinating and directing the functions and activities related to the procurement, servicing, operation, maintenance and repair of the company’s vehicles. Accomplishments: - refurbished 6 branches (350k € project) - renewed the bank’s car fleet

As a Consultant I coordinated the construction of the new Head Office and Training Center. Furthermore I acted as Head of Unit for the Construction& Maintenance Unit. Accomplishments: - completed project design phase and contract negotiations for new Head Office (7M$ project) - finished architectural plans and contract negotiations for new Training Center(1M$ project) - opened and refurbished 4 branches (1.8M $ projects) - elaborated and implemented the Construction and Maintenance procedures and rules
