• Developing marketing strategies • Product preparation and –placement of Mercedes-Benz cars on the two biggest yearly Motorshows in Thailand • Constant competitor analysis • Development of various surveys for customers as well as for internal staff to analyze their attitude, opinion and preferences about Mercedes-Benz products • Assist and help organizing various events (i.e. Motorshows, Driving experience, “Customer Care” events) • Customer segment analysis in relation to new product segmentation

• Working with CSS (customer satisfaction survey) data, RSE (retail sales excellence) tracking of performance and KPI's, supervising the VSAP (Volkswagen self-assessment program, Coordinate- and ensure sustainability of trainings and prepare training materials, organization of Assessment Centres, tracking of Individual Sales performances, attend meetings and visit dealers

• Adoption and evaluation of a new introduced revise proof • Calculation of unnecessary Sales&Marketing expenditures • Accompanying of Würth sales representatives on client visits • Preparation and transfer of marketing concepts • Planning and organization of events for the 54 branches in Spain • Supervision of the product sales, the sales figures and the general sales policy of each branch • Spanish and German correspondence by telephone and in writing

• Running the short-term Au Pair Program • Doing additional babysitting jobs • Responsible for the housekeeping and the daily shopping and preparing meals • Different responsibilities such as homework supervision, coordination of afternoon activities and pick-up/ drop-offs

• Assisting in almost all departments to gain an insight into different jobs and the tasks involved in running the company • General editorial tasks and technical assistance in warehousing • Work i.e. with Remittance Advices, Self-Billing Invoices’ (SBI’s), the petty cash system, cheque payments, the Suppliers LOP (List Of Problems) and in the quality department with the PIR (Problem Improvement Request)

• Ordering and analyzing documents i.e. of the shipping clients involving looking for missing data’s and trying to complete them • Insight into the work of the Human Resource department
