-Coordinating the whole recruitment and selection process for vacant positions - Writing job specifications and designing job adverts - Conducting interview with job applicants - Prepare test evaluation reports and presenting best-matched shortlist for our hiring managers - Maintain relationships and communication with candidates - Assisting in the set up and maintenance of candidate databases - Developing & improving existing HR procedures and processes

- Provide international students with vital information about the admission process at West University of Timisoara (accommodation and traveling facilities) - Assist foreign students and foreign lecturers with visa enquiries and offer support for Romanian residence permits - Maintain communication with the Ministry of National Education - Write reports on applications and enrolment outcomes and develop the recruitment strategy of international students and foreign lecturers
