As a member of the IT team, I participated in an internal ERP system implementation project, we successfully implemented the open-source Odoo system. I have been involved in mapping the company's business processes and identifying process discrepancies. I also participated in: • Implementing process modeling, defining required functionalities per modules, and estimating the implementation plan; • Manual testing of end-user cases, and bug reporting; • Creating end-user guides and managing employee training.
