I conducted customer satisfaction surveys on telephone and was responsible for the Japanese market.

As Mr. Mitsunori Yamao, former Japanese professional football player and current professional football coach, was staying at FC Schalke 04 to find out the secret of success of their youth academy, I worked as an interpreter.

In this project we developed iOS apps that help user learn the conjugations and meanings of verbs of several languages. I was responsible for the Japanese language. Due to the uniqueness of the language, I needed to communicate with a programmer on numerous occasions. I was fortunate to be involved with the whole process of developing the apps, from the very beginning to the updates.

In 2012 Sportjugend invited children from Miyagi, Japan, who suffered from the earthquake in 2011, to Nord-Rhein-Westfalen, Germany in order to provide them interesting experiences and make them overcome the traumatic disaster. I served as interpreter and helper for them. We took them to many notable places in the state of NRW and offered them exciting opportunities during their stay in Germany.

I interviewed Japanese professional football players, who was playing in German Bundesliga at that time, such as Shinji Kagawa and Atsuto Uchida mainly after the games and provided the interview for a Japanese football magazine.
