Provide clear, timely, sound marketplace feedback to the Markit product managers (solutions and desktops) regarding product needs and enhancements that will drive value to Markit. Streamline product management of desktops internally (Markit) and externally (with a focus on the strategic accounts/partner banks of Markit) in the Netherlands, London and New York.

Leading the account development and new business at the three Dutch key accounts Fortis, ING Group and Rabobank Group. Upgrading with obsolete Telerate products/services to MarketXS’ solutions such as MarketXSPro for Windows, TradeNet (order routing) and API feeds. Developing new business, generating sales and deliver multilevel account management within these accounts.

Account managed customer portfolio (± 80) with revenues ranging from €500 to €10,000 per month. Upgrading customers with obsolete technology and upgrading clients to Reuters premium financial information product 3000Xtra. Generating and closing new business sales with a focus on asset/wealth management, investment banking, investment management, corporate finance and research.

Providing excellent product and market trainings to focus accounts ABN AMRO and ING Group in the Netherlands. Client knowledge and focus on building strong relationships with the end user base for high-tier Reuters' clients in the Netherlands ensuring client retention and growth at these accounts.

Delivering job role focused training (train the users at their sites, and through classroom sessions) and advice on Reuters information products. Building and maintaining a professional relationship to end users to ensure ongoing and increasing client satisfaction.
