While being employed by the Group, my job in Australia was to help to further develop the young business Unit in Australia, by planning and leading the market launch of a new logistic solutions and acquire new business. The responsibilities included the whole selling & project cycle. From the acquisition of int. enterprises & SME, creating and presenting value proposition to potential customer by analyzing their processes, implementing the solution and leading the whole project.
