The main focus to assure quality of the tested systems, identify and resolve problems from an end users perspective. Performing manual, semi-automatic (SeleniumIDE) and automatic (SeleniumRC) testing of a web based applications. Reporting defects using JIRA, liaising with developers to swiftly resolve faults. Preparing test plans, acceptance criteria and test scenarios. Providing feedback and recommendations to developers on software usability and functionality. Maintaining software documentation.
