•Drilling engineering for exploration project in onshore Dubai. •Preparation of the basis of well design (BoD) to drill Shamal and Barkhan exploration wells and TPS-1 appraisal well across high-pressure and high-temperature reservoir conditions. •Prepared BoD and the detailed drilling program for the exploration wells and the horizontal appraisal well. •Design considered a high-pressure gradient of 0.90 psi/ft (drilling fluid density required of 17.7 lb/gal) and non-API casing due to ‘tubing leak’ caseload.

• Drilling engineering for the Block-4 exploration project in Abu Dhabi. • Drove project success by managing costs and resources, coordinating operations, streamlining team communications, and identifying, managing, and preventing risks. • Steered engineering and preparation of the detailed drilling program. • Prepare the basis of well design for J-shaped and S-shaped exploration wells. • Well testing DST operations carried out in all wells. Bottom hole sampling, PLT, matrix stimulation with coiled tubing.

• Prepare detailed well engineering as per well proposals. Wells drilled from clusters (pads). Anti-collision and drillstring torque and drag limitations are assessed on a daily basis. • Kick-off the project of integrated drilling services: rig commissioning, rig move coordination, procurement of goods and services. • Apply sound practices to drill deviated wells through depleted reservoirs and highly unstable zones using water base mud. Strict adherence to well control and well integrity compliance.

- Long-lateral wells: TVD=9,300 ft, horizontal length=10,000 ft, average H2S concentration=100,000 ppm, downhole temperature > 315°F. - Drilling down through multiple reservoirs (pressurized and depleted) and across unstable shale layers. - Several casing designs to cater well integrity, borehole stability and subsurface data acquisition (coring, sampling and logging appraisal wells). - Well planning, operational follow up, cost control, diagnosis and problem solving on a daily basis.

Engineering and operations support for drilling and completing horizontal wells and slant wells. Cluster drilling high complexity wells that involved 3D trajectories and sidetrack operations in open and cased holes. • Well design and monitoring through Landmark suite: OpenWells, Compass, CasingSeat, StressCheck and Wellplan. • Well planning, operational follow up, cost control, diagnosis and problem solving. • Drilling slant and horizontal wells from pads in a cluster type drilling operation.
