As a Senior Analyst in IT Business Solutions, I design and implement machine interfaces across European manufacturing sites and support global initiatives. I integrate equipment into the MES using standardized approaches, develop robust data flows, and align technical standards in collaboration with global IT teams. As a Senior Analyst in IT Field Service, I manage both operational and strategic IT for a production site with 380 employees. I oversee infrastructure, workplace systems, networks, and production‑related applications, and execute global IT projects. A major focus is the administration of Europe‑wide firewall architectures, including monitoring, rule maintenance, and security optimization to ensure a secure and high‑performance IT environment.

I ensure the reliable operation of industrial IT systems, support PC workstations, terminals, and manufacturing software, and resolve technical issues. In the network and server environment, I handle monitoring, diagnostics, and optimization. I also develop database and statistical solutions for transparent production data and support teams with automated analyses.
