Fachliche- und disziplinarische Verantwortung für den Produktionsstandort der BestWatt B.V. mit insgesamt 15 Mitarbeitern. Direct Report an die Geschäftsleitung der Zentrale in Barneveld, NL.

Fachliche- und disziplinarische Verantwortung für den Standort Lely Aircon B.V. mit insgesamt 13 Mitarbeitern. Direct Report an den Vorstand der Konzernzentrale in Maasluis, Rotterdam.

Produktionsleiter / Prokurist für den Standort Lely Aircon B.V. in Leer Fachliche- und disziplinarische Verantwortung für ein sechsköpfiges Produktions- und Serviceteam.

Verantwortlich für ein BMU gefördertes Forschungsprojekt mit zwei Industriepartnern. Fachliche Erarbeitung der Projektinhalte, Projektmanagement und Projektcontrolling. Betreuung von Bachelor- und Masterstudierenden bei Projekten/Abschlussarbeiten. Halten von Vorlesungen in den Fächern Produktionsmanagementsystemen, sowie dem wissenschaftlichen Arbeiten. Verfassen und Präsentieren von F&E Artikeln im internationalen Umfeld.
