René Visser is MBB Sensei. He is an international economy student and joined a well known British EFQM center in 2006 as a trainer in the EADS Lean Six Sigma Program and was awarded his Master Black Belt ship in 2009 as result of the significant contribution of successful improvement projects at EADS (Airbus Group). a Productivity Engineer and a veteran in the business with international and economical experience in management of complex assignments, hands-on and innovation driven, on World Class level.

The INOVYN Master Black Belts are typically assigned to a specific area or function of the INOVYN business or organization. The job of the LPP is driving quick hit business impact by implementing “do-now” solutions through cross functional team involvement. It is achieved through a series of Kaizen Events and a final Business Process Redesign until the desired business impact is achieved and the capability to autonomously perform the events are transferred to the business.
