I am a former professional basketball player for more than ten years in Italy, I have created my pathway on learning by doing and experiencing change that leverages my ability as an innovation facilitator. My purpose is to engage constantly myself and get individual and organizations involved in the springboard of motivation, creativity, social impact and design thinking.

Guided leadership transformation to streamline deliverables demands for STOKR - a P2P interface built for innovative ventures and everyday investors powered by ethereum blockchain. Identified strategic network partnerships to attract more clients to the platform. Conceptualize the creation of business development strategy (Handbook, Training material)

Designed activities, presentations and case studies for 12 engineers to introduce Design Thinking methodology Explained and used the Value Proposition Design canvas to build a shared awareness of empathy, storytelling and visualization Coached and enabled the participants to apply tools such as, interviewing, concept mapping and storyboard

In a project-based collaboration with InnovationLabs.Berlin, I supported Digital Transformation by: • Facilitating 6 teams of ten people each in a Design Sprint session related to Digital Transformation • Conducting brainstorming to spark debate and ensure equal voice and collaboration • Utilizing Empathy Map and Mind Mapping to engage the teams to deal with ambiguity and agility • Defining and discussing the learning objectives and challenges with the subject matter expert

My six years’ experience working as Event Manager taught me flexibility and how to adapt to different and changing environments. I employed events for social innovation coordinating several projects simultaneously. Community projects revitalized my engagement through combined activities.

During my professional Basketball career I played at National levels for twelve years in Italy and four years in London. I also played for Kingston University and coached group of amateurs through my Postgraduate experience at Kingston London University. This pathway shaped my personal traits for my on-going professional development: resilient, open-minded, imaginative, intuitive, agile learner, collaborative.
