As Consultant at Cornwallis Elt, you are essentially running your own business within a business. I am responsible for business development efforts, predominantly in the Netherlands, Germany and Switzerland, which includes speaking to new clients as well as account managing existing clients. Another mayor part is candidate management – finding the right profiles for existing roles, proactively approaching candidates with specific skill sets and guide candidates through the interview- and placement process.
