I am an SAP MDM Consultant at Infosys Ltd. I currently work as Onsite MDM Lead at Boehringer Ingelheim (Germany). I have led data migration for 22 countries in EMEA, LATAM and APAC. I also manage a team of 6 offshore resources.

Accountable for setting up of new Soft configurations in ECC and synchronizing it in MDM.Collaborated with BPM, PI, Roles/Authorization, Basis and ABAP teams to understand the new requirements and implement in MDM. Accountable for the End to end implementation in MDM to ECC/CRM by creating Fields, tables, inbound/outbound maps, schemas, ports & remote system.Carried out Production Go-Live activities and Supported hyper care including transportations, archiving and schema imports

Responsible to setup new materials, customer and Vendors in MDM, GDS and SAP based on the deployment requirements and plans Proactively Monitored and evaluated business requests/processes to ensure resolution in a timely manner adhering to SLA Created functional and technical requirements documents for MDM Release activities Performed RCA, testing (UAT, FAT and Regression) and defect handling for new developments
