I propose continuous improvements, resolve quality issues, and address complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.

As a quality engineer, I manage quality crises and complex issues using 8D, 5M, and Pareto. I represent quality in internal projects and transfers, ensuring adherence to procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Good Documentation Practices (GDP). I validate documentation for installation, operational, and performance qualifications, as well as equipment calibration. I also perform risk analysis with FMEA, handle CAPA, monitor KPIs, and oversee technical change orders.
