EIA is a student start-up acceleration program collaborating with UC Berkeley providing me expertise about venture creation ranging from ideation, digital prototyping and business modelling to investor's pitching, fundraising and market launch. During EIA, with a multinational team of five, we created the telemedicine venture SquareCare, which ran through EIA's accelerator program. I had the honour to head the venture as CEO, gaining invaluable co-founder and leadership skills.

Definition of a product-market fit for a novel energy system and development of a business model. It is a tech-push idea and thus involved extensive efforts to build strong customer & partner relationships. As part of this project we won the open innovation call "Parking for Power" by Climate-KIC, P-Malmö and E.ON (https://nordic.climate-kic.org/news/parkergies-announced-winning-solution-of-open-innovation-call/).
Thesis: "Pay-per-Use as a Future Business Model for OEMs in the Automotive Industry"; Collaboration with the Munich-based management consultancy Zulla Consulting & Partners. - Development of tools to increase the sales organisation's efficiency (e.g. CRM dashboards for KAM performance monitoring) - Conduct customer visits & participation in relevant exhibitions to promote business relationships and drive sales development - Medical division Business Review 2016 - Pitch and launch of the intrapreneurial project "Dräger Kickbox" in Chile ("Dräger Kickbox" winner of the "Corporate Startup Award: Best Intrapreneurship" 2016)

• Non-Life: Assisted Underwriters in the renewals, risk assessment, sales, pricing and client/broker relations of Property and Casualty Facultative/Treaty reinsurance business in the Canadian, U.S. and Mexican markets • Life: Created a financial study for the CEO and CFO of Munich Re Canada (Life), analyzed the most important North American clients // Supported the Technical Accounting department with expense allocation, internal controls and the preparation of the quarter end financial reporting
• Financial study about Austrian cedents and the Austrian insurance market • Presentation of an executive summary illustrating the Austrian insurance market • Enlargement of the study about the German insurance market issued in the first placement at Mapfre Re
