At Verifone my job was to set the direction of my teams in Spain, Portugal and Italy to support the vision the company had defined. In this effort I started a team transformation in four areas: new technology adoption, new work process methodology, encourage a continuous learning culture, and improve the team management approach.

Leader of the International Quality Management team responsible for the CEMEA & UK Country Region (120+ countries). My job is to manage a team that ensures products meet our company’s quality standards while meeting each country specific requirements. As an independent consultant I worked on a variety of projects for technology and industrial companies. • SplitRock, Inc. - company based in New Jersey, USA. I worked developing a variety of hand held computer projects. The most important project targeted the insurance claim adjusting sector. • Wink Communications, Inc. - company based in Chicago, USA. I worked on a hand held project to address Tourists and Conference guides. • Worked on several database design and implementation projects for companie

“Pharos Technologies, Inc.” a Software Consulting company that worked with Fortune 500 companies. My most notable projects were: “Procter & Gamble” and “Monsanto”. • Procter & Gamble - I acted as a Lead Software Engineer in the development of “Performance Support Systems” and their integration tools for a variety of their product’s factory lines (Pampers Diapers, Luvs Diapers , Metamucil, and so on). • Monsanto (“Infielder”) – I was the Lead Software Engineer for a Farmer's aid using handheld devices.

My job consisted to investigate alternative ways of publishing information using “High Tech” mechanisms. The main information areas of interest at the time were: • Digital catalogs/manuals • CD Publishing • Compression of information • Digital photo enhancements I developed highly detailed and functional prototypes prior to their full development. One notable project I lead its design and development was for the ESA (European Space Agency) in the form of a parts digital catalog.
