Making the proposals for special systems: the location of special installations devices and the required MEP installations: along the proposals include mostly telecommunications (voice and data, intercommunication, WiFi, CATV); Sound and Video; CCTV; security and intrusion; fire detection and access control; automation of HVAC, lighting and pumps, etc.

Traffic engineering projects: placement of traffic signs, traffic lights, pavement marking and street lights; Make photometric studies. Make the corresponding material takeoffs and cost estimates, and photomontages of the projects.

Maintenance department: Capture de measure survey and/or handmade sketches of Mexico City crossroads in AutoCAD, and make an inventory of traffic lights equipment in Excel. Projects department: Supporting in traffic signals and traffic control (traffic lights) projects, drafting signal structures for traffic lights and traffic signs in AutoCAD as well. Make datasheet of products and montages in Photoshop, material take offs and cost estimates.
