Responsible for the global volume planned for the next 12 months ( product & customer level), using the official tool (SAP APO), interface with Supply Chain Planning. Coordination with 8 Regional Demand Planners, the 30 main Customer Teams and the Supply Chain for the communication of the forecast for next 12 months and the preparation of the agreed delivery plan.

Process Specialist in the Project for the improvement of the process “End to End” for the Business Unit Microwave in Siemens Mobile Communications, in coordination with external consultants (Mc Kinsey); responsible for the improvement of the Demand & Supply Planning process, the coordination of activities with IT and external consultants (Accenture), the definition of the priorities and the communication of the IT requirements, after Costs & Benefits analysis.

Demand & Supply Planner in Siemens Mobile Communications, for the line of product Low Capacity Digital Radio, within the Business Unit Microwave. Responsible for the preparation of the delivery plan on customer & product level, based on the forecast and the priorities communicated by Sales, based on the availability of capacity and material communicated by Supply Chain. Responsible for the definition of the inventory level of finished goods, dedicated to the main 6 customers.

Logistic Specialist in Supply Chain Department. Extraction and processing of data related to purchasing, production, inventories and sales; examination and discussion of the results with managers of supply chain, sales and purchasing; definition of the volumes to be produced for each item, and the relevant delivery timing.

Junior Consultant, responsible for the preparation of the User Manuals for the software Oracle, in Italian and English, together with duties of technical support.
