Interim CEO of this 450 employee, three location manufacturing company after managing a major acquisition for the company. Played a leadership role in establishing a financial restructuring, including successful negotiations with major customers, vendors, and banks, to establish improved financial terms. Developed corporate strategies for managing through financial crisis. Recruited experienced vice president of sales and participated in significantly expanding sales/service levels.

Orchestrated successful acquisition of a major manufacturing business; lead negotiations between the acquiring and target companies to the timely closing of the acquisition. Managed the legal team. Identified financing sources and successfully negotiated funding from a consortium of banks. Built trust and confidence in the ability of the acquiring company to successfully complete and manage the acquisition. Designed/managed due diligence & integration activities.

Provided accounting, consulting and tax assistance to multiple businesses and individuals. Managed multiple buy-sell negotiations and financing negotiations.

Directed the accounting, finance, treasury and shareholder communications functions of this publically traded cable television distribution company. Managed all internal information production in answer to major litigation. Reported to the Chief Executive Officer and to the Board of Directors.

Participated in strategic development of the company's business, together with overall corporate governance.

Co-founded this firm of consultants and independent Certified Public Accountants, growing it from the two founding partners, to three partners and 13 employees.
