Bestowed to the position of providing internet facility using DWDM technology to the root people of a region of Bangladesh.  Plan, allot and direct employees who are occupied in lying of optical fiber, device installation, operation and protection.  Inspect quality of the equipment.  Inspect the site to determine whether they fulfill all the government rules & regulations and standards.

 Monitoring, maintenance and troubleshooting soft switch (Portaone).  Working with SIP and VOIP technology.  Taking wireshark traces, debugging call issues and analyzing SIP call.  Providing best customer service and handle them through email and over phone.  To do different types of R&D with various telecommunication devices, apps and computer systems.

 Demonstrate highest level of professionalism.  Enthusiastically learn to handle soft switch and SIP call as well as to assist the team on various technical issues.  Be actively involved with team member to earn proper technical knowledge.
