Accountable for all Transitions and Major Projects within the Central Europe region for Capgemini Outsourcing reporting directly to the board of directors. In this role I am also responsible for final approvals to all Transitions in Outsourcing and M&A deals. Leading up a team of experienced Transition and Project Managers.

Accountable for the Client Contract and P&L. Accountable for the delivery of IM, AM, Desktop Management, Mail, LAN/WAN, Blackberry and FTP services for a client that has 4 production plants spread between Europe and South America.

Leading and Managing the Transition concept, planning and execution of Bid for a large Automotive Manufacturer. The deal includes Application Management, Infrastructure Management and Large scale application development and transformation.

Accountable for the service delivery for Application Development and Sustian (AO) in Europe for all Sales & Marketing and Dealer Systems/Applications for one of the worlds Largest Automotive manufacturers. Management of Capgemini teams located in 6 Countries supporting customers in over 40 countries in 28 languages in Europe.

Managed the conception, planning and execution of the transition of 32 (partly ERP) European applications of a Automobile manufacturer from 12 incumbents to a Capgemini distributed delivery team spread over 6 countries.
